International Shipping

• Stickers/Tattoos: $3 USD (Untracked) or $5 USD (Tracked)
• Keychains: $6.90 USD (Untracked) or $9.50 USD (Tracked)

For packages with a mix of either items, the higher applicable shipping rate will be selected.

Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

• Stickers/Tattoos/1-6pc Keychains: $3 SGD (Tracked)
• >7pc Keychains: $7 SGD (Tracked)

For packages with a mix of either items, the higher applicable shipping rate will be selected.

Bulk Purchase

Please note that we can only ship a maximum of 15 keychains per order due to the overweight package size. If you'd like to purchase more than 15 keychains, you will need to make separate orders.

Important Note

We now offer both Tracked and Untracked delivery by SingPost. It is highly recommended to use our Tracked Service so that you can track your parcel throughout its shipment. We will not be responsible for lost packages if you have opted for Untracked delivery.

We are based in Singapore and orders will be dispatched via SingPost within 2-3 business days.

International Shipping

It will take an additional 5-16 business days to be delivered to your doorstep, depending on your shipping address.

Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

It will take an additional 2-3 business days to be delivered to you.

You will receive a tracking number in your email once your order has been dispatched (For tracked mail only).

Once your order is ready to go, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on your shipment’s location via our tracking page. This is available for tracked mail only.

It can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in your carrier’s system.

Please kindly note that there may be limited tracking upon the package's arrival at the destination country, depending on how your local courier operates. However, this should not affect delivery in any way.

Please kindly check your mailbox/letter box for your parcel. If your local courier has left behind a card due to a missed delivery, please follow the instructions on the card accordingly.

If you have not received your order and your order’s estimated delivery time has passed, please reach out to the carrier to get information about your shipment.

We apologise but all orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you are facing any issues with your order, kindly reach out to us at hello@dottyclub.com and we will see what we can do to help.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to amend/edit your order once payment has been confirmed.

Due to our local shipping rules, the receiver will have to pay for any additional taxes upon delivery by their own local postage service.
